1 — Presentation
These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between:
LAMRABET Hajira, organizer of the retreats and experiences offered on the website "Les Jardins Hajira",
and any person wishing to participate in a retreat, workshop, or experience offered on this site.
Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
2 — Nature of the activities
The retreats offered by Les Jardins Hajira are part of a process of well-being,
body awareness, and relational exploration.
These activities do not constitute medical or therapeutic services and cannot replace medical or psychological care.
Each participant remains responsible for their own physical and psychological condition.
3 — Reservation
A retreat reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit paid by the participant.
Bank details required for payment are communicated during the reservation confirmation.
As the number of places is limited, registration is validated subject to availability.
4 — Payment terms
Payment for the services is made by bank transfer.
A deposit is required at the time of reservation in order to confirm the registration.
The remaining balance must be paid before the beginning of the retreat according
to the conditions specified at the time of booking.
Prices are indicated in euros.
VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
5 — Cancellation by the participant
In case of cancellation by the participant:
• more than 30 days before the retreat: the deposit remains retained by the organizer
• between 30 and 15 days before the retreat: 70% of the total amount of the retreat is due
• less than 15 days before the retreat: the full amount of the retreat remains due
However, if the place can be filled by another participant, a transfer to a future retreat
may be considered.
The retreat price includes accommodation, meals, and the activities described in the retreat program.
Transportation costs, including flights, trains, transfers, or any other travel expenses, are not included in the retreat price and remain the responsibility of the participant.
In the event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all payments made for the retreat will be fully refunded.
However, the organizer cannot be held responsible for any travel costs incurred by participants.
6 — Cancellation or modification by the organizer
In case the retreat is cancelled by the organizer,
all payments made by participants will be fully refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to adapt the program, facilitators, or organization
of the retreat if circumstances require it, without this giving rise to a refund.
7 — Participant responsibility
Each participant commits to taking part in the retreat in a physical
and psychological condition compatible with this type of experience.
The activities offered involve a personal process of bodily, relational,
and emotional exploration. Each participant remains fully responsible
for their own engagement in the proposed practices.
8 — Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of the exchanges,
testimonies, and experiences shared during the retreat.
This framework aims to preserve a space of trust and respect for all participants.
9 — Respect and consent
The retreats offered by Les Jardins Hajira are based on values of respect,
listening, and consent.
Each participant agrees to respect the boundaries, consent, and integrity
of the other participants throughout the retreat.
10 — Image rights
Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during the retreat
for communication purposes.
No image will be used without the prior consent of the individuals concerned.
Participants may refuse to appear in such material at any time.
11 — Acceptance of the terms
Any reservation of a retreat implies full acceptance
of these general terms and conditions of sale.
