1 — Presentation

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between:

and any person wishing to participate in a retreat, workshop, or experience offered on this website.

 

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

2 — Nature of the services

The retreats offered by Les Jardins Hajira are part of a process of well-being, bodily exploration and relational awareness.

 

These activities do not constitute a medical act, a therapeutic act, nor do they replace any form of medical or psychological support.

 

Each participant remains fully responsible for their physical and mental condition.

 

3 — Booking

A reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a deposit from the participant.

 

As the number of places is limited, registration is confirmed subject to availability.

 

The provider reserves the right to refuse a booking if it does not correspond to the proposed framework.

4 — Payment terms

Payment is made by bank transfer.

 

A deposit is required at the time of booking and constitutes a firm, definitive and irrevocable commitment.

 

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the retreat.

 

In the case of payment in installments, the participant remains committed to the full amount.

5 — Right of withdrawal

The participant has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

 

By confirming their booking, the participant expressly accepts that the service may begin before the end of this period and waives their right of withdrawal if the service starts within this timeframe.

 

6 — Cancellation by the participant

All registrations are firm and final.

 

Cancellation conditions:

 

  • More than 120 days before: deposit retained

  • Between 120 and 60 days: 50% of the total amount due

  • Between 60 and 30 days: 75% of the total amount due

  • Less than 30 days: 100% of the total amount due

No refund will be issued in the event of absence or early departure.

A replacement may be proposed, subject to prior approval.

A postponement may be considered without guarantee.

7 — Cancellation by the organizer

The provider may cancel the retreat in the event of force majeure, health issues, or logistical constraints.

 

Refunds are limited to the amounts actually paid.

 

No reimbursement or compensation may be claimed for additional costs incurred by the participant, including:

 

  • transportation (train, flights, etc.)

  • accommodation (when not included in the retreat)

  • personal expenses or any indirect costs

 

8 — Additional costs

All costs not explicitly included remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

 

9 — Responsibility, relational framework and participation as a couple

The services offered are part of a personal development process requiring active and conscious participation.

 

The participant acknowledges engaging in a process that may generate emotions, insights, discomfort or states of vulnerability.

 

The participant remains fully responsible for their experience, feelings, reactions and interpretations during and after the retreat.

 

No outcome, transformation or resolution of personal or relational issues can be guaranteed.

 

Consequently, no personal expectation, implicit projection or subjective interpretation may give rise to any claim for refund, compensation or liability.

 

Conduct

Any inappropriate, intrusive, ambiguous or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

 

This includes in particular:

 

  • violation of consent

  • any behavior of a sexual nature deemed inappropriate

  • any form of pressure, manipulation or insistence

  • any behavior compromising the safety of the group

 

Relational framework

The services are provided within a strictly professional, respectful and non-ambiguous framework.

 

They do not constitute, under any circumstances, a personal, emotional or intimate relationship between the provider and the participant.

 

The participant agrees not to project emotional, relational or personal expectations onto the provider or other participants.

 

Participation as a couple

When attending as a couple, each participant engages individually in the process.

 

The provider does not act as a couple’s therapist, mediator or guarantor of the relationship.

 

Each partner remains fully responsible for:

 

  • their emotions

  • their reactions

  • their choices

  • their level of engagement in the relationship

 

The provider cannot be held responsible for:

 

  • tensions or conflicts arising within the couple

  • changes in the relationship during or after the retreat

  • decisions taken by participants regarding their relationship

 

 

No expectation regarding improvement or transformation of the relationship constitutes an obligation of result.

 

Consent and boundaries

The practices offered are based on free, informed and reversible consent.

 

Each participant is responsible for clearly expressing their limits and respecting those of others.

 

The provider cannot be held responsible for a participant’s failure to communicate their personal boundaries.

 

Confidentiality

Participants agree to strictly respect the confidentiality of all exchanges, experiences and identities within the group.

 

Any external sharing or interpretation remains the sole responsibility of the participant.


10 — Image rights

No image or video will be used without prior consent.
