Session structure:
1. Initial written or verbal exchange : stating the intention, defining the need
2. Video consultation – 1 to 1.5 hours : guidance, sharing of key insights, breathwork, adapted practices
3. Follow-up by email (included) : to integrate, share your feelings, and receive suggestions for further exploration.
